一、立体招牌

通过热成型工艺的3D灯箱招牌的刚度一般比平面形状的要高。因此在制做3D招牌时可以考虑选用厚度略薄的板材。很难针对成型做出精确的参考标准,因为这要取决于成型设计、成型模具、粘接方式和拉伸比等因素。当考虑选择适当的板材厚度以抗风载时,请注意:灯箱面板厚度会随成型拉伸程度增大而减小。

二、平面招牌
2、 Flat sign
建议所有用压克力板制做、高度大于600毫米的灯箱制作招牌都应合理设计其照明部分,并采用顶部悬挂的方式加以固定,以防灯箱由于自重产生变形。为了在顶部悬挂压克力灯箱招牌,要在面板顶边部位粘接或用其它方法固定压克力条,并与灯箱边框牢固结合,作为悬挂吊梁,之后,顶边部位将承受所有重量。在底边处要留出足够的膨胀余量。为保证长期使用的安全性和可靠性,所有的粘结都应该使用聚合型压克力粘合剂。灯箱结构要合理设计,即使其顶部的悬挂吊梁出现问题,压克力面板也不会由框架中脱出。
It is suggested that all signboards made of acrylic board with a height greater than 600mm should be reasonably designed for their lighting parts and fixed by hanging on the top to prevent the light box from deformation due to its self weight. In order to hang the acrylic light box signboard on the top, the acrylic strip should be bonded or fixed on the top edge of the panel by other methods, and firmly combined with the light box frame as a hanging beam. After that, the top edge will bear all the weight. Sufficient expansion allowance should be left at the bottom edge. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of long-term use, all bonding should use polymerized acrylic adhesive. The structure of the light box should be reasonably designed, even if the hanging beam on the top of the lamp box has problems, the acrylic panel will not come out of the frame.
为防止面板产生不当的侧移,要在每块压克力板顶部中心位置楔入定位螺钉,再固定在灯箱框架中,确保在各个侧方向上都有相同的热膨胀量。可以防止出现缝隙,使光线泄漏。当粘接压克力板时,建议接头处加工成斜面后反搭接,可避免光线由接缝处泄漏,对于需要将几块压克力板拼接在一起的超长门牌灯箱,要参照之前的建议,在每个半搭接的接头处预留出膨胀间隙。

对于高度不大于600毫米的灯箱招牌,可采用3毫米的压克力板配合传统的框架结构。如果灯箱表面要求有很高的平整度,不能由于板材自重而出现变形,则建议使用5毫米板。
For the light box signboard with height less than 600mm, 3mm acrylic plate can be used with traditional frame structure. If the surface of the light box is required to have a high flatness and can not be deformed due to the weight of the plate, 5mm plate is recommended.
